Rewriting the Track List of Your Brain

Understanding neurodiversity

I spent most of my life believing I was “just” dyslexic. It explained enough to get by, and I built systems to succeed despite it.

But as I entered midlife, those systems stopped working. Burnout increased, focus shifted, and sensory overwhelm became impossible to ignore.

What began as a search for answers led to a deeper realization: I am AuDHD.

It wasn’t a new identity—it was a clearer understanding of how my brain has always worked.

From this, I made it my mission to help others with this later-in-life discovery. Since I am a “GenXer”, Mixed Tape Minds made sense.

Mix Tape Minds is focused on helping people move from masking → to understanding → to rebuilding in a way that’s sustainable.
